The Builder Signature Series gives everyone the ability to change their plans as they wish at an economically friendly price.  Built with all the craftsmanship as the Carolina Classic Series with a few baseline standards. Homes are standard with 8' ceilings, single hung windows, 4 1/2" base, and the essentials cabinets from Merrilat.  This series will still meet and exceed almost any modular builders standards and most site builders.  Plans include our 26' wide series, ranch bonus ranch, cape cod, tow story, and one full series with integrated garages. Plans are all customizable and we build any design you bring in through this series.
